About Kat Crews

Hi — I’m Kat. I help people turn what they already know into something they can actually sell.

Not someday. Not once you’ve built an audience of a hundred thousand.

Now, using the skills already sitting in your head and the AI tools sitting right there, mostly free, waiting for somebody to point them at a problem.

The short version

You know something.

Someone out there will pay to learn it.

The gap between those two facts is where most people stall out for years — and that gap is almost entirely mechanical.

It isn’t talent, and it isn’t luck.

It’s knowing which tool does which job, in what order, and which nine steps you’re allowed to skip.

That’s what this site is.

Step by step, in order, with the boring parts left in.

What I’ve actually built

I don’t write about things I haven’t done.

Every guide here came out of building the thing first, running into the problems, and then writing down what actually worked:

  • A digital planner for GoodNotes — hyperlinked tabs and all, built and listed for sale
  • An automated blog posting workflow using Claude AI and Make.com, which now handles the publishing steps I used to grind through by hand
  • An AI clone of myself for YouTube, including the awkward parts nobody warns you about
  • Digital products on Etsy, and what it genuinely takes to get them seen in 2026

The screenshots are mine.

So are the mistakes, and I leave those in on purpose — “here’s exactly where this broke” is usually the most useful sentence in any tutorial.

Why this site exists

Because most advice in this space is either a wall of hype with nothing underneath it, or a wall of theory written by somebody who has never actually built the thing they’re describing.

The AI tools genuinely are good enough now. That part isn’t hype.

What’s missing is somebody willing to sit down and show you the actual clicks — the settings screen, the thing that goes wrong on step four, the workaround.

So that’s what I do here.

I’d rather give you one workflow you can finish this weekend than ten you’ll bookmark and never open.

Where to start

New here? These are the ones to read first:

Come find me

I’m on YouTube, where the guides get the visual treatment, plus Pinterest and Facebook.

And if you’d rather have the good stuff land in your inbox than remember to check back — grab the free bonus and I’ll send it over.

Turn what you know into what you sell. That’s the whole idea.
